Nottinghamshire Police are warning to be on the look for thieves at Rushcliffe Country Park. It’s after a reported theft from a vehicle there this morning. Diversions for Navy 3 to Clifton

If you use Nottingham City Transport‘s Navy 3 bus to get to or from Clifton – or the N48 NightBus back to Ruddington at weekends – you’ll find yourself diverted for the next four or five weeks due to roadworks. Drugs Raid in Ruddington!

Rushcliffe Police report they have executed a search warrant at a house in Asher Lane this morning (Tuesday 23rd July). It was after receiving intelligence from the local community around suspicious drugs related activity at the Ruddington address. Police Inspector Craig Berry told RUDDINGTON.info: “Rushcliffe officers attended the house early this morning and forced entry to find a large cannabis production in a residential property. Manor Park Plans Published

A long anticipated new planning application has been submitted to Rushcliffe Borough Council for a retirement complex at Ruddington’s Manor Park. It is for: “Erection of 43 no retirement apartments for older people, guest apartment, communal facilities, access, car parking and landscaping” and has been made on behalf of Churchill Retirement Living. It proposes 29 of these sheltered apartments would be single bedroomed, whilst 14 would have two bedrooms.
