Ruddington’s Navy 3 Bus To Continue

Nottingham City Transport and Nottingham City Council have announced changes to Clifton bus services next month but have revealed their Navy 3 via Ruddington will continue to operate – albeit to a reduced timetable. The good news for village residents who rely on the service comes after months of speculation that the route could be axed altogether due to insufficient passenger numbers – leaving Wilford Road without any bus service at all and Clifton Road without a bus into the City. This would have been the case just over three…

Ruddington’s Fly-Tipping Menace

Rushcliffe Borough Council is warning that the illegal dumping of waste on our streets or in our countryside will not be tolerated – with heavy fines and court bills for anyone identified doing it. It follows another fly-tipping incident in Ruddington yesterday (pictured above) when resident Adam Martyn contacted us to report that 2 big double fridges and 3 large fridges had been dumped just off the A60 on Asher Lane. Therefore she was…

He would’ve had to walk down my drive to get it! The more I think about it, the sadder I am about the whole situation and the more I want it back.” Unfortunately, despite Cat posting an image of the stolen…

Ruddington’s Day with The Planning Inspector

December 4th 2018 could go down as the historic date which determined exactly how many hectares of our village Green Belt would be sacrificed for housing development over the following decade. You can read the background to this long running saga elsewhere on the RUDDINGTON.info website –…
